These terms govern your use of ScaffJobs. By creating an account or posting a job you agree to them.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for employers and recruiters advertising genuine scaffolding-related vacancies.
Posting jobs
- Listings must be for real, lawful vacancies.
- You must have the right to advertise the role and to use any logos or content you upload.
- Every listing is reviewed before publication. We may approve, reject, edit or remove any listing at our discretion.
- Approved listings remain live for 60 days unless removed earlier.
Aggregated & third-party listings
Alongside jobs submitted directly by employers, ScaffJobs lists roles aggregated from publicly available company websites. We don’t guarantee the accuracy, availability, or ongoing status of any listing. All trademarks, logos, and brand names shown on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. If you are an employer and would like a listing or your branding removed, email hello@scaffjobs.comand we’ll action it promptly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
- Post duplicate, spam, or non-scaffolding listings.
- Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a licence to display it on ScaffJobs. The ScaffJobs name, design and software remain our property.
Disclaimer & liability
ScaffJobs is provided “as is”. We are a job-advertising platform and are not party to any employment relationship or application. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the accuracy of listings, the conduct of employers or applicants, or any loss arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
